When the Sale Catalogue is put online, any lots containing the keywords you specified will be emailed to you. Example : If you were a collector of Beswick Beatrix Potter figures, you could enter the phrase 'Beswick Beatrix' ( without quotes ) on your account. In the case of our September Antique sale, you would have been emailed the Lot Number, Description and Estimate prices of the 6 Lots whose descriptions contained both the words 'Beswick' and 'Beatrix'. You may leave as many keywords/phrases on your account as you wish, provided you have read the guide to keyword specification. View/Request Condition ReportsIf you would like to see a condition report of an item, you can request one via the online catalogue page. A Condition Report is a detailed description of the condition of a lot and will include extra images ( if requested ).
